Jeff Warschauer
Jeff Warschauer is internationally renowned as a mandolinist, guitarist, Yiddish singer and educator. He is a member of the Strauss/Warschauer Duo, was a long-time member of the Klezmer Conservatory Band, is Founding Artistic Director of the KlezKanada Institute of Yiddish/Jewish Arts and Culture, and is on the faculty of Columbia University. He is also a composer whose music is heard in film, theater, radio and television productions. His solo CD, The Singing Waltz: Klezmer Guitar and Mandolin, received widespread critical acclaim. Jeff is currently pursuing graduate study in cantorial music at the Jewish Theological Seminary.
